I succeeded in obtaining a 10 week internship at Procter & Gamble. I was selected as the Gillette Brand Management Intern from over 10,000 applicants.
· Directed an influencer marketing campaign for the product launch of Gillette X Razer razor and worked closely with in-house and external marketing agencies, including Hill and Knowlton Strategies and Saatchi & Saatchi, to produce UGC and branded content for TikTok.
· Conducted a full-funnel test with an allocated budget to establish whether UGC or branded toolkit content performed better on TikTok using key KPIs to measure their performance which successfully outperformed benchmark CPC and VTR.
· Analysed the performance of GilletteLabs on Amazon and provided strategic recommendations to ensure £350k incremental value through growth of Labs on Amazon in the short and long-term.
· Developed a one-pager summarising key insights and actionable takeaways from the analysing of data to communicate my findings succinctly to the Gillette Team.
· Presented my findings in two presentations to senior employees, including the Operations Manager of Northern Europe and Managing Director of Gillette.
· Collaborated with Amazon Team in a fast-paced environment to monitor Amazon Ad spend and optimise Amazon SEO
· Worked alongside key UK retailers including Asda, Sainsbury’s and Boots.
